Information Regarding Do Not Call Lists
Do Not Call Lists
There are two Do Not Call Lists you can place your name on. One is maintained by the Direct Marketing Association (DMA), and the other is maintained by the United States Government's Federal Trade Commission (FTC). We suggest you enter your name on both Do Not Call Lists. Use this secure, confidential form to get your name and number on the 'Do Not Call' list for consumer merchandise telemarketers. It can take up to six months to stop all the calls. Simply complete the online form and click "Send" to transmit it to the Attorney General's Office electronically. Confidential Form.
